I am constantly updating this website by adding articles and new webpages as well as updating the current ones if I can find a better way to communicate the message.
As far back as I can remember, I have always been fascinated (possibly obsessed) by the workings of the human mind, its different functions that enable untold abilities, its powers of perception and most of all, how it creates our behavior and beliefs. Add to this the element of interacting with other people through the different channels of communication both verbally and non-verbally and I found myself with a life’s work. One which I am eternally grateful to be able to pursue on a daily basis.
My aim is to provide you with as much rich content as I possibly can to help you on your journey to peace and fulfillment via the perpetual practice of self discovery and self actualization. Its not always pretty and mostly never easy but everything you’ll ever want will always be outside of your comfort zone.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” – Carl Jung
Through my work I have learned a fair amount about the human mind and how it creates beliefs and just as important is when it started this belief creating process. A mental block is nothing more than a belief that is not congruent with the goal at hand and that was probably formed so long ago that it may be out of conscious awareness (unconscious). The simple solution would be to change the belief. The common challenge is that the belief may be an unconscious belief and by definition, that means that you are not aware of it. If you are not aware of it, you don’t even know that it’s there.
Imagine the perplexity of having a belief that you don’t even know is there, that is running the show that is your life. All it would look like is the same result or scenario or relationship reoccurring over and over again.
How frustrating that would feel. If this is sounding familiar then scroll back up and read what Carl Jung said. You have to first find the belief from the unconscious part of your mind. Once you meet it and own it, you can then make changes. Not before.
I help people identify unconscious beliefs and make them conscious.
Once those beliefs are in the realm of the conscious, they can be changed.
That, is transformation.
The only things keeping you from your brilliance are your beliefs.
